The Spartan Experience: Practical, Purposeful, Fun

The Spartan Experience

Our high school team camp is designed to introduce concepts and style of play that players will be exposed to at the high school level. Campers will be exposed to a variety of sessions to add to their skill-set and basketball IQ. Daily breakdowns will include, but is not limited to:

● Shooting Mechanics & Footwork Drills

● Passing & Ball-Handling Focus Points

● Defensive Concepts & Agility Specifics

● Competitive Drills & Station Breakdowns

● Team/Concepts and Competitions

Instruction
Instruction will be provided by the Francis Howell Central program coaching staff. All campers will get a FREE T-SHIRT for attending as long as they are registered by May 15th. There will be no refunds after this date unless there is a written note by a physician.

Players entering 9th-12th grade as of the Fall 2023 that are enrolled at Francis Howell Central.
