Event Description

2023 5th Annual Minnesota Beach Brawl

We have established a way for you to reserve a spot without any upfront financial commitment. Simply click the "Register Now / Pay Later" option during registration. When the event is confirmed to take place, you will receive an email from us giving you the ability to pay. If at that time you still wish to attend, you can pay securely online. If your circumstances change and you no longer wish to attend the event, simply let us know. You won’t owe us anything.

Age Groups & Weight Classes

Pre-K - 12th Grade

Scratch Weight (bracketing based on age and weight to the best of our ability)

Check In: 8:00am - 9:00am registration, weigh-in and skin check

Wrestling: 10:00am

Registration: $20.00

Participants can sign up for our online waitlist or at the door.
All payments will be made the day of: cash, check or Venmo

Location: Surfside Park, Mound, MN

Attire:

Males: swim trunks/board shorts, compression shorts or singlet

Females: athletic one or two piece (no tie tops) or singlet

Rules:

The rules are super simple, making this style of wrestling very easy for fans to understand.

Wrestlers will wrestle inside of a ring in the sand with a diameter of 21ft. The first wrestler to 5 points or the highest score after 3 minutes wins the match.

You can score one of the following ways:

- 1 point for a takedown

- 1 point for a pushout

Action is stopped after each point is scored, and the wrestlers are brought back to their feet.
