UST Volleyball Camps

UST Volleyball All-Skills Camp 

All-Skills Camp will focus on all aspects of the game with a strong emphasis on the fundamentals of volleyball. Skill development in the following areas will  be emphasized during hours of on-court instruction: serving, serve receive, forearm passing, setting, attacking, blocking, transition, and competition. Technique refinement and initial exposure to tactical aspects of the game will also be covered during the  2 days of camp. 

This camp will be ran by the University of St. Thomas Coaching Staff, who will be giving small group training and individualized feedback to each camper. 

• Age Level & Requirement: This camp is recommended for campers entering 6th through 9th grade. Campers will be divided into groups based on age and then skill level, if needed. Campers  that would like to stay with their friends may do so by request. THIS CAMP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ADVANCED VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS.  
• Camp T shirts included- We encourage campers to wear knee pads and volleyball/tennis shoes, and to bring a water bottle.  
• Campers will need to bring their own lunch
