9:00 - 11:00 AM | Skill instruction, drill breakdowns, competitive drills
- defensive day 1, offensive day 2
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Lunch Break (lunch provided)

12:00 - 1:30 PM | Modified scrimmage situations with runners
- defensive day 1, offensive day 2
What to Bring
- Water will be provided but bring a water bottle
- Molded and turfs only, no metal cleats.
