PITCHING SHOWCASE

Pitching showcase will be a 2 hour showcase where you bring a catcher and show us your pitching skills.

Will need a hitting helmet for this!

Schedule

• 5:30 - 6:00 PM | warm up body, throw over hand, pitchers conditioning and agility
• 4:00 - 6:45 PM | warm up pitching: routine & all pitches warm
• 6:45 - 7:00 PM | be the stand in batter (potential bunting as a hitter off of live pitching)
• 7:00 - 7:15 PM | pitch to stand in batter and bunters
• 7:15 - 7:30 PM | mentality of a pitcher

What to Bring

• Water will be provided but bring a water bottle
• Molded and turfs only, no metal cleats.
• Hitting Helmet
