Winter Escape Showcase 2024 - Fee Deposit

This DEPOSIT will secure your spot in the Top Recruit Winter Escape Tournament being held January 12-14, 2024.  Please make sure you have communicated with Betsy or Annie prior to registering.  Deposit is due September October 1st.  Final fees for this event will be determined by the number of participants and will likely be in the $300-$350 range. Final fees will be due October 15th November 1st.  This is done so you don't have multiple payments due during Shooting Stars and Indoor. 

Once your deposit has been made and final fees determined, there are NO REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON. Third-party event insurance is offered during registration.  Please be aware that you must select this during the Deposit phase.  It will NOT be available if you wait until the final fee is due.  Once we know the final amount, you will then be given the option to upgrade your coverage to the full amount of the event, or cancel.  Please  read terms and conditions carefully. 

Once our registration and numbers are confirmed, a hotel block will be reserved.  This is not a stay-to-play event, however, so you are free to stay wherever you like.

Refund Policy: Deposit Cancellation requests made prior to September 1st will be assessed a $20 fee. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON AFTER SEPTEMBER 1ST.
