8:30- Run, Stretch, Throw
9:00- Pro-Style Showcase
11:45- Pitcher only Check-IN/Position Player Lunch Break (not included)
1:15 Simulated Game (Live AB’s, Pitchers will get Showcase and Live off the game mound)
