No refunds will be made within one month of registration, except in the case of a serious medical injury with a signed note from a medical professional.  Applications done online have a (nonrefundable) online fee.  *Application does not reserve a spot for a roommate. SUITEMATE REQUESTS CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED — please do not request.  Roommate requests will be honored only if BOTH campers request each other. If you have requested a roommate, please make sure you check with each other to make sure you are registered for the same session, the names are spelled correctly, and the correct grade is listed for Fall 2024. Depending on the dorms we use; your son may be placed in a room of 2 or a room of 4. Regardless, we will not take anything other than 1 roommate request. If you choose to request a roommate who is in another grade level as your son, PLEASE keep in mind that we will place them both on a floor with kids the same age as the youngest roommate. Sometimes, this may result in kids being in completely different dorms as kids in their same grade. FOR EXAMPLE (and this is not exact, just an example): a 4th grader and 8th grader that request one another, that 8th grader might not have any other 8th graders in the same dorm that he would be assigned with that 4th grader. This can happen with 7th graders staying with 8th graders. Please keep this in mind. If no roommate is designated on the camp application then roommates will be assigned together according to grade entering in Fall 2024.
