7ON7 CAMP

HS Team 7 on 7 tournament (HELMETS REQUIRED). Round robin in the morning, with a single elimination tournament in the afternoon. Semi’s and Finals to be played in Memorial Stadium.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Traditional football helmets. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!
• Cleats and all members of each team should be dressed alike.
• Please do not wear tights only as bottoms. Please wear shorts over tights.
• Required Medical Form
• Activity Release Form 

CURT CIGNETTI ACTIVITY RELEASE FORM & MEDICAL INFORMATION FORM
Please complete the Curt Cignetti Activity Release Form & Medical Information Form electronically when registering for camp at checkout. Please print out the forms if you are not registering in advance. If forms are completed electronically, you do not need to bring copies of the forms to camp. Completed forms are REQUIRED to participate in camp.

LOCATION: Mellencamp Pavilion / Football Practice Fields / Memorial Stadium

FORMAT: Each team guaranteed 4 games (3 pool + 1 bracket).  Single elimination.

CAMP INCLUDES: Lunch and T-Shirts for 20 players. Coaches can purchase an additional meal & t-shirt package for $15.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to change a session or cancel one altogether, we must receive your request in writing via the refund request form with a valid reason. For all camps, cancellations received:

• Before 5/1 = 50% Refund
• Between 5/1 – Day of Camp or Following Camp = No Refund (this includes cancellation of camp due to severe weather).
• Please note, the convenience fee associated with online registration is non-refundable.
