GYMNASTICS CAMPS
High Performance Camp
The camp is open to any girl between the age of 7 through 18 and is only limited to space availability.
We admit any and all qualified applicants without regard to disability, race, color, religion or ethnic origin.
REQUIRED FORMS: All campers must provide a current physical (no more than a year old) or signed physician's release form that is provided on the site under "required forms".
RESIDENT CAMPERS: A resident camper must be 10 years of age in order to stay overnight in the dorm. Resident camper will receive two nights lodging, lunch and dinner on Day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Day 2 and breakfast and lunch on Day 3
COMMUTER CAMPERS: Commuter campers will receive lunch and dinner on Day 1, lunch and dinner on Day 2, and lunch on Day 3

Suggested Skills for High Performance Camp
Bars:
- Releases: Jaeger, tkachev or overshoot to handstand.
- Dismounts: Double back, double layout, full in or full out.
- Circle skills: Stalder, toe on - toe off.
Beam:
- Flight series: Back handspring -layout, side aerial -back handspring, back handspring - back tuck.
- Aero skills: Side aerial, front flip, front aerial.
- Dismounts: Round off full, l½, or double full or other equivalent dismounts.
Vault:
- Flipping Tsukahara, hand front, round-off entry into vault.
Floor:
- Double salto pass - front layout-tuck, front pike-tuck, front tuck step out.
- Back tumbling-fulls, 1½ and double backs.
