Tier 1 Camp

Our Tier 1 camp has been completely revamped from last year! The goal of this camp is to expose players to high-level training, rigorous & competitive drills and gameplay, and insight into the facilities, people, and inner workings of a Division I level program. This camp is an advanced-level camp geared towards players with plans to pursue volleyball at the college level. Prior experience playing at the open level in club and/or high school Varsity level is highly recommended, as the pace of drills and competitive situations will be demanding. Drills will be designed for players who have good control of the fundamental skills of the game (e.g. passing, setting, hitting, serving). This camp will be physically challenging and will help players understand the skills and work ethic it takes to be a Division I athlete.

In addition to our regular VCU volleyball coaching staff, we are thrilled to have guest coaches brining years of experience to provide our campers with a unique and valuable learning opportunity.

Lunch Break: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Session 2: 12:30 PM -  3:30 PM
Snack Break: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Session 3: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Available for purchase during the online registration: Purchase a ticket voucher for one admission to any fall 2024 VCU volleyball match - $5.  The ticket will be sent to the participant's guardian email later in July.

SPECTATOR/PARKING: Spectators allowed - Public parking is located in the Broad Street Parking Deck for a fee. Street parking around the Siegel Center is available. Please be aware of parking signs and meters. More parking information will be sent out through email.
