What:​ This training camp serves as the foundation for the Marmion Academy cross country team's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual training in preparation for their fall competition season. Athletes will challenge themselves by training alongside each other each day, at a combination of official contact days (listed below), and student-run "captains' practices." Practices will involve running workouts, injury prevention exercises, core strengthening routines, team-building competitions, and daily life lessons and motivational messages from the team's athletes and coaches.

• Please meet at the outdoor track/football field of Regole Stadium at Marmion Academy on June 12th.
• Blackwell Forest Preserve – will also be utilized. A more detailed schedule will be shared as we near the start of camp.
