2024 Life U Coaches Development Camp

Calling all coaches for the first ever Coaches Development Camp! This is your chance to learn from some of the best in the business featuring sports psychologists, nutritionists, strength training coaches, and proven coaches and athletes. With a thoroughly planned curriculum, you will be walking away with new knowledge of how to be your best as an athlete. Lunch is included for all registrants.

Coaches Development Camp Highlights:

$50 fee
Limited to 50 spots
3 session and 6 topics including:
- Nutrition
- Strength Training
- Agogi Mindset for teams
- Mat Strategies for Success
- Wrestling in College
- Journaling for Success
