Eckerd College Beach Volleyball Camps

Check in will begin at 8-8:30am - making sure all forms are complete. We will promptly start introductions and warm up 8:30-9am. We will be doing fundamentals, difficult strategy and implementation of strategies, as well as some plyometric training…please be mindful before signing up this will be difficult for someone just learning the game, or not used to training in the heat.

We will end the first session with a walking tour around campus from 11-11:30 and Lunch no later than 11:45am. After lunch, we will then walk back to the beach courts for our second session. 12:30-2 - ending with competition.

Please bring a water bottle, snack, towel/sarong, sunglasses/visor, sunscreen, smiling faces and positive attitudes/body language!
