Carthage Throws Clinic

Throws Clinic Description:
This one day clinic is a chance for throwers to tune up both their shot put and discus techniques and learn a variety of advanced drills before the track and field season begins.  Attendees will receive a high level of instruction from the coaching staff and current Carthage College Throwers. Education on various training topics, including varied weight implement training and strength training, will also be covered.  Attendees are encouraged to bring their own implements but it is not required to attend camp.
