Appalachian State Women's Soccer
Spring ID Camp
Experience a day of elite training and instruction from App State coaches and players. Our camp is designed for girls from 8th-12th grade who want to train in a college-like environment. Sessions will include technical and tactical instruction, competitive games, and our unique mental skills training from the App State Women's Soccer staff for each camper. All field sessions will include goalkeeper specific training and instruction. Event is limited to 50 field players and 8 goal keepers.

- 10:00am | Check-in
- 10:00am - 12:00pm | Field Session 1
- 12:00pm - 1:30pm | Break for Lunch on your own
- 1:30pm - 2:00pm | Mind Gym (Mental Skills Training)
- 2:00pm - 4:00pm | Field Session 2
- 4:00pm | Camp Dismissed
According to NCAA rules and regulations all camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants regardless of
skill level (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
