Minnesota Gymnastics Camps wants to welcome you to join us as we host our Summer Camps for girls on the campus of the University of Minnesota. We offer a comprehensive, educational, and fun program for recreational, compulsory, and optional level gymnasts. Emphasis on individualized instruction will be provided daily on each of the four events (vault, bars, beam, and floor), as well as, dance, strength and flexibility, nutrition, trampoline, and other activities. Open gym sessions will also provide campers with time to work on the skills of their choice. Our goal is to teach the sport by building a solid foundation for gymnasts at all levels. Campers will be run through Division I drills designed to develop skills, vision, and competency. All drills are specifically geared to prepare each camper for competition at the highest level. Minnesota Gymnastics Camp is committed to enhancing the skills of dedicated gymnasts, and with a staff of outstanding and experienced coaches we hope to make the Minnesota Gymnastics Camp a tremendous experience for all involved.
Our camp is open to any and all entrants who meet the following criteria:
- This is a girl's gymnastics camp only.
- Commuter campers: Ages 7 and up.
- Overnight campers: Ages 8 and up.
- Previous gymnastics experience is recommended, but not required.

Online Registration:
- Complete registration form online and pay in full or the deposit (Be sure you receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, contact us immediately).
- Waiver must be completed electronically during the time of registration.
- Emergency health and insurance form, medication form, pick-up permission form, and gymnastics skill sheet that must be completed prior to camp. Upload required forms on our website, https://www.minnesotagymnasticscamps.com/
- A copy of the front and back of camper's insurance card must be uploaded to your registration prior to camp.
Tentative Daily Camp Schedule June 29th - July 1st
DAY 1 - June 29, 2025 (no lunch provided)
- Noon - 1:00 pm → Overnight Camper Check-in at Dorms and Move into Dorms
- 1:30 - 2:00 pm → Commuter Camper Check-in at Gymnastics Performance Center (598 16th Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN, 55455)
- 2:00 - 6:00 pm → Warm-up/Rotations
- 6:00 pm → Commuter Camper Pick-up
- 6:00 - 7:00 pm → Dinner at Dorms (overnight campers)
- 7:00 – 8:30 pm → Camp Activity in Dorms (overnight campers)
DAY 2 – June 30, 2025 (lunch provided for all campers)
- 8:00 - 8:30 am → Breakfast at Dorms (overnight campers)
- 8:30 - 9:00 am → Commuter Camper Drop-off
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm → Warm-up/Rotations/Lunch Break
- 5:00 pm → Commuter Camper Pick-up
- 5:30 – 6:30 pm → Dinner at Dorms (overnight campers)
- 6:30 – 8:30 pm → Camp Activity/Open Gym (overnight campers)
FINAL DAY– July 1, 2025
- 8:00 - 8:30 am → Breakfast at Dorms (overnight campers)
- 8:30 - 9:00 am → Commuter Camper Drop-off
- 9:00 – 10:45 am → Open Gym/Dance Performances/Certificate Presentation in Peik Gymnasium
- *NO lunch provided on final day
- 10:45 am → Camp Concludes
- 11:00 - Noon → Check Out for all Campers in Peik Gymnasium and Check Out/Move Out of Dorms

Located within the Athlete's village footprint on the University of Minnesota campus. Just 2 blocks from the 17th Avenue Residence Hall...
- Every event has competition, resi and foam pit surfaces.
- 3 Vaulting Stations
- 4 sets of uneven bars as well as a channel bar station
- 50 ft. tumble track into both resi and foam
- 2 trampolines
- Additional tumble track as well as rod tumbling strip into foam
- 5 high beams and two beams.
What to Bring:
Everyone should bring t-shirts, shorts, leotards, a water bottle, and any personal gymnastics equipment (grips, wrist guards, & tape). In addition, overnight campers need to bring pajamas, toiletries, pillow, blanket/sleeping bag, towels, bed linens for a twin bed, door decorations (optional) and bathing suits (optional).
Air Travel:
Overnight campers arriving via air at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport are recommended to use the light rail (Metro green line will bring you to the University – dorms and Gymnastics Performance Center are located on the East Bank). Metro fares range from $1-$2.50/ride depending on the time of day. Light rail trips operate every 10 minutes throughout the day, every 10-15 minutes evenings, and every 30-60 minutes overnight. Housing:
Overnight campers will be staying at a dorm hall on campus. When checking in/out of the dorms, parking at the 4th Street garage near the dorm and the Gymnastics Performance Center. Metered parking is also nearby the dorm and the Gymnastics Performance Center. Gymnasts will have supervision from camp staff and counselors at all times, and the residence hall will be supervised around the clock.
Roommates:
Roommate requests are to be noted on the camp application. Make sure your roommate puts you down on her application as well. The dorms are designed in such a way that there are two girls per room. Anyone who does not specify a roommate will be paired with another gymnast of approximately the same age.
NCAA Bylaw 13.4.3.1.2.1 states that it is permissible for camps to be advertised towards a particular audience (e.g., elite camp), but advertisements or promotions must indicate that the camps are open to any and all (limited only by number, age, grade level and gender).
