FIRST ANNUAL 3v3 + a BISON FRIENDLIES |
NDSU Soccer is proud to host the second annual 3v3 + a Bison Friendlies on Sunday, April 6, 2025. Each 3v3 team entered will have the opportunity to be coached by a current women’s soccer team player.
All games will be played in the Nodak Insurance Indoor Practice Facility. Open to all teams U9-13. Space is limited so reserve your spot soon!

Match Guidelines:
- There will be 12-minute halves with a 3-minute half time
- Substitutions can occur at any stoppage of play
- No Goalkeepers
- No team can score from their respective team’s defensive half of the field
- Fouls & out of bounds will result in an indirect free kick
- Intentional fouls meant to stop a goal from being scored (i.e. intentional handball or aggressive behavior foul) will result in a penalty kick. A penalty kick is an undefended direct free kick taken from any spot along the mid-line
- Goal Kicks are taken from the endline
- Teams are required to wear jerseys or like-colored shirts. (In case of a color conflict we will have colored bibs available)
- Shin Guards are required
- There will be a small arc taped around each goal – no player is allowed inside of the arc at any time during play
- Spring 2025 age group will define age group for the event
Bison Friendly Rules:
- No score will be kept
- Age groups will be decided by number of teams entered
- Each team can register up to 6 players
- Each team will be guaranteed three matches with potential for more based on number of teams entering the event
- Game schedule will be determined by the number of teams entered for the event
- Each team will be coached by a member of the NDSU soccer team
