(Wrestlers under the age of 12 should have at least 2 years of wrestling experience) Check-In: 12:00pm - 1:00pm at Plachy Hall Cost: $345 for Resident: Dorm & Meals ($325 + $20 Fee) $290 for Commuter With Meals: Lunch & Dinner ($275 + $15 Fee) $185 for Commuter Without Meals ($175 + $10 Fee) |

Elevate your wrestling game to unprecedented heights at the Adams State Wrestling Camp, where tradition meets innovation. Our camp is not just about mastering the basics; it's about pushing the boundaries with cutting edge
techniques that set you apart from the competition.
Current Adams State Wrestlers, will work as Camp Councilors and assist in all aspects of camp.
Technique camp is designed for ages 12 and up. Wrestlers under the age 12 should have at least 2 years of wrestling experience.

Wednesday, June 25th
12:00pm - 1:00pm → Check-in (Plachy Hall)
1:30pm - 4:30pm → Session I
5:00pm - 6:00pm → Dinner
6:30pm - 8:30pm → Session II
8:30pm - 10:00pm → Recreation / Free Time
10:00pm → In Room
10:30pm → Lights Out
Thursday, June 26th
7:30am - 8:30am → Breakfast
9:00am - 11:30am → Session I
12:00pm - 1:00pm → Lunch
1:30pm - 4:30pm → Session II
5:00pm - 6:00pm → Dinner
6:30pm - 8:30pm → Session III
8:30pm - 10:30pm → Recreation / Free Time
10:00pm → In Room
10:30pm → Lights Out
Friday, June 27th
7:30am - 8:30am → Breakfast
9:00am - 11:00am → Session I
11:30am → Camp Dismissed
