Summer Youth Soccer Camp at SIUE

Our half day program’s main purpose is to blend education, competition, and FUN! Campers will play and train together in small sided activities which will provide players as many touches on the ball as possible. All players will be taught the fundamental skills of the game along with basic team shape ideas. Skill development, competition, fun, education, and enthusiasm are shared throughout the week. Camp will be conducted by both male and female counselors who are current college coaches and players with a wide variety of experience!

Location:

Ralph Korte Stadium, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025

Camp Check-in:

8-8:45 a.m. on the Monday of camp Ralph Korte Stadium (maps provided)

Half-Day Check-in:

12:00 p.m. at Ralph Korte Stadium

Hydration and Camp Snacks:

We will provide water and Gatorade daily, but encourage your child to bring their own bottles to fill up. We will have a snack store/concession stand where your child can buy items. Items will range from $.50-$3. Providing some “snack funds” is recommended daily for the campers.

Equipment Needed:

• Soccer Shoes and Sneakers
• Shin guards
• Athletic clothing (Socks, shorts, shirts, etc)
• Raingear
• Backpack
• Water Bottle
• Sunscreen
• **Ball will be provided by SIUE Soccer Camps for you to keep
• **Camp Shirt will be provided
• Note: Camp will be conducted in rain conditions; Campers should bring appropriate clothing items.
