Eagles Pitching Camp - Middle School Session

This camp will focus on creating or improving proper foundation to build power and velocity while adding pitches to the camper's arsenal. Topics covered include arm care, proper warm-up, how to build a practice plan. Mechanics including biomechanics and kinematic sequencing for improved performance will be taught. This camp is broken into two parts: a classroom learning environment followed by on-field learning of fastball, change up, curve ball, screw ball, and drop ball. Middle school campers must bring their own catcher (This can be a parent or a teammate. If the catcher is not an adult, they must wear full catcher's gear.)
