• Below are clearly defined options for The VA Showcase 2025 (January 17–19 at the Virginia Beach Sports Center). Please review each package and select the one that best fits your athlete’s needs. We will create separate payment links for each option so parents and athletes can easily register and pay.

  Varsity Athletes Only

  1. Transportation + Lodging (2 to a Room) — $285

  • Who: Varsity Athletes Only
  • Departure: Thursday, January 16th at 11:30 AM from school
  • Return: Saturday, January 18th (time TBD, charter bus)
  • Inclusions:
    • Lodging (2 athletes per room; each athlete has their own bed)
    • Thursday Dinner and Lunch
    • Friday Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
    • Saturday Breakfast
    • Round-trip transportation via charter bus
  • Not Included:
  • Saturday Dinner
  • Note: If we end up with an uneven number of athletes, there may be cases where 3 students share a room. Those selecting 2 to a room may be paired with students who chose 4 to a room, meaning one bed could be occupied by a single athlete and the other bed shared by two athletes.

  2. Transportation + Lodging (4 to a Room) — $250

  • Who: Varsity Athletes Only
  • Departure: Thursday, January 16th at 11:30 AM from school
  • Return: Saturday, January 18th (time TBD, charter bus)
  • Inclusions:
    • Lodging (4 athletes per room; 2 athletes share each bed)
    • Thursday Dinner and Lunch
    • Friday Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
    • Saturday Breakfast
    • Round-trip transportation via charter bus
  • Not Included:
  • Saturday Dinner
  • Note: In cases of an uneven number of athletes, some rooms may have 3 students. Athletes who select 4 to a room may be paired with one who selected 2 to a room, creating a scenario where one bed is used by a single athlete and the other bed is shared by two athletes.

  3. Transportation Only (Varsity) — $[Package Price = (2 to a room) - $100 or (4 to a room) - $100]

  • Who: Varsity Athletes Only who have arranged lodging with their parents
  • Departure: Thursday, January 16th at 11:30 AM from school
  • Return: Saturday, January 18th (time TBD, charter bus)
  • Inclusions:
    • Round-trip transportation via charter bus
    • Thursday Dinner and Lunch
    • Friday Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
    • Saturday Breakfast
  • Not Included:
  • Lodging
  • Saturday Dinner
  • Note: This option is $100 less than the respective lodging packages (e.g., if you were planning on 2 to a room at $285, the transportation-only cost is $185; if 4 to a room was $250, then transportation-only is $150).

  Junior Varsity (JV) Option

  4. JV One-Day Trip — $100

  • Who: JV Athletes Only
  • Departure: Saturday, January 18th at 5:00 AM from school
  • Return: Saturday evening (time TBD, charter bus)
  • Inclusions:
    • Round-trip transportation via charter bus (one-day trip)
    • Saturday Lunch
  • Note:
  • This package does not include lodging (same-day travel).
  • We are opening up the Saturday events to JV athletes due to potential issues with the January 11th meet.

  Important Notes

  • Additional Meals: For each package, the details specify which meals are included. Any meal not listed is the responsibility of the athlete.
  • Registration Deadline: Please sign up within 2 days before the registration closes.
  • Departure/Return Times: Return times are estimates; coaches will communicate specifics.
  • Rooming Adjustments: In the event of an uneven number of athletes, we appreciate your understanding as we adjust room assignments accordingly.
