Join the UW-La Crosse football staff for some fun in Mitchell Hall!

Perfect for your elementary school kids that have been cooped up with cold winter weather.  We will burn some energy with introducing strength movements, plyometrics, agility drills, as well as small game play, introduction to football technique, capture the flag, and everyone’s favorite Eagle BALL!
