Lady Captains' Soccer Camps
2025 Youth Camp
Come train with the CNU Women's Soccer team! This camp will take place at Christopher Newport University. Our youth camp is an opportunity for players to learn, play and have fun while being part of the CNU Soccer community. Each session will be run by the current women's soccer staff with current and former team members.
**This camp will take place during the same time as our men's youth camp. If you have a sibling that would like to attend our men's coed youth camp, please go to VIEW BOYS YOUTH CAMP INFORMATION**

Ages: 5 - 15 5 - 6 year olds may attend half day only Drop off: 8:50am at CNU Soccer Field (**subject to change**) Pick up: 2:30pm at CNU Soccer Field (**subject to change**) Full Day: $250* Half Day: $150* CNU Staff: $200* Sibling Discount: $25 off each sibling Early Bird Discount: $25 off until 4/12/2025 at 11:59 PM *Includes convenience fee |

| 9:00 - 9:30am | Demonstration on Individual Skills by the Coaches and Warm-Ups Game |
| 9:30 - 11:30am | Individual Skills, Tactics and Fundamentals of Play |
| 11:30 -12:30pm | Lunch - All campers eat in the air-conditioned Discovery Cafe and can purchase lunch or bring their own sack lunch. |
| 12:30 - 2:30 | Team play, Games, Competitions |
LOCATION: CNU Soccer Field. Incase of inclement weather, the camp will continue in the CNU Freeman Center (Movies in case of rain or severe heat)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- All CNU coaches will be present as well as current and former CNU players.
- Every Camper receives a camp t-shirt
WHAT TO BRING:
- A Soccer Ball
- Shin guards
- Packed Lunch (or money to purchase)
- Soccer Cleats
- Indoor Soccer Shoes or Tennis shoes
- Water bottle filled, extra water bottle filled
Lady Captains ID Camp open to any and all limited only by age, gender, grade, and numbers.
