The Bison ID camp is designed to provide a short quick insight into Howard University Volleyball. Coach Kupferberg and his camp staff will challenge high-level players to raise their game through intense on-court play and interactive training sessions. This camp is designed to give you a glimpse of what it is like to train as part of the Bison program and to experience Howard University and all it has to offer. Camp includes 4 sessions including training, a campus tour and an experiential learning session that includes exposure to areas such as nutrition, strength & conditioning, academics, and how to improve mental preparation for the upcoming school year.
