Seahawks Sports Camps
2025 Girl's Lacrosse
This camp is open to all ability levels. Emphasis will be given to stick work, offensive and defensive techniques as well as dodging, shooting and goalie play. Drills and instruction will be in groups and personalized. Game play will develop team strategy and a deeper understanding of the game. Groups will be formed by ability levels.

Equipment needed: Stick mouthpiece, goggles, shorts, t-shirt, goalie equipment, chest protectors, throat protector, cleats and sneakers.
