Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the board. Be sure to note the reason the request is being made. Each request will be reviewed on a case by case bases. No refunds are given after July 31, 2025, regardless of the reason. Any refund granted, at the discretion of the board, will be handled on a prorated basis due to expenses already incurred. Granted refunds can take up to three weeks to process.
