Grand Valley State Women's Lacrosse Camp
Elite Overnight Camp
The Lacrosse Elite Camp provides campers with a very competitive, fun, and educational environment. All participants will gain college exposure and professional coaching. Players will follow a similar schedule throughout the week, receiving intensive instruction on the technical and tactical aspect of the game preparing them for the next level in age appropriate training groups.
The Elite Camp staff will include college coaches from across the nation representing all NCAA levels: DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA. The design of this camp will involve training and games. The players will be provided multiple sessions on all days. Sessions are considered to be either games or training. A tentative schedule will be given to campers at check-in.
Further communication will be emailed with final reminders, required forms, maps, packing list, welcome packet, etc. that you will need in preparation for camp. Please note your registered email address is the one in which all communication will be given.

Roommate Requests: GVSU will make every effort to honor your roommate requests. To ensure your roommate, please provide the request in the appropriate area of the application. Please spell all names correctly. Campers will be housed in air conditioned dorms that offer quad or double rooms.
Goalkeeper Program: This is a daily training program for part-time and full-time goalkeepers. Our coaching staff will work with goalkeepers on specific technical and tactical ideas along with conditioning drills and exercises. All areas of goalkeeper training are covered including: proper footwork, hand speed, tracking, clearing, and more. All participants will train with both their designated team for the week as well as receive extra position specific goalkeeper training.
Once registration is complete, you will receive a welcome letter that will give you additional information with regards to our summer camp.
Refund Policy: A $60.00 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds regardless of the reason. Refund requests must be made in writing before 10 days prior to the first day of camp session in which the camper was originally enrolled. NO REFUNDS for any reason (i.e., injury, illness) will be given 10 DAYS PRIOR to camp.
Day 1:
- 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Check in
- 1:00 – 4:00 PM: Skill Session #1
- 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Free time in Dorms
- 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Dinner
- 6:00 – 8:00 PM: Small sided games (commuters leave after this session)
Day 2:
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
- 9:00 – 11:30 AM: Skill Session #2
- 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Lunch and break
- 1:00 – 4:00 PM: Skill Session #3
- 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Free time in Dorms
- 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Dinner
- 6:00 – 8:00 PM: Small sided games (commuters leave after this session)
Day 3:
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
- 9:00 – 10:30 AM: Skill Session #4
- 10:30 – 12:30 PM: Full Field Scrimmages
- 1:00 PM: Check out of dorms
