Summer Camp Information
Join the SMSU wrestling coaching staff and athletes for camp this summer! Choose between an intensive camp, a technique camp, or our competition camp to get the most out of your summer! All wrestling sessions will focus on preparatory movements, wrestling fundamentals, and high- level technique. Campers will also have the opportunity to participate in live matches, mental training, goal setting, and team building activities.
Camp features the SMSU wrestling staff and athletes, including 2X All-American Caden Steffen and SMSU’s Head Wrestling Coach, Chayse Jackson. Other featured clinicians will include DI All-Americans and National Qualifiers while intensive campers will get to lift with 6X world Champion Brad Gilingham. Stay on the lookout for our featured clinicians!
Residential costs include housing and meals. Grades 6-12 welcome. Sessions will be held at the Red Baron Arena near campus. Medical staff will be present for all wrestling sessions and perform skin checks during registration.

Check-in will be at 12:30pm - 2:00pm on the first day of Camp
Checkout will be 11:00am - 12:00pm on the last day of Camp
