Event Description
ID Clinic
Wofford ID Clinics are the best way for potential recruits to be identified by the Wofford Women’s Soccer coaching staff. Many players on Wofford’s active roster, along with many of our women's soccer alumni, have been identified by the program through these clinics. The ID Clinics allow prospective student athletes to get to know coaches and current players(through a Q&A session with current players) while getting an understanding of what it would be like to be part of the Wofford Soccer Family and playing on our magnificent playing fields!
The Terrier Women’s Soccer ID Clinics are directed by Head Coach Kevin Dempsey, who is present the entire time. This clinic provides aspiring collegiate student-athletes with the opportunity to showcase their abilities. This spring/summer the coaching staff will expose players to the training methods and activities of the Wofford Women's Soccer Team. This clinic includes technical and tactical sessions, small sided games that match the demands of the college game, and finishes with full size 11 v. 11 games on beautiful Snyder field.
We hope that each Prospective Student Athlete will leave the clinic having learned new skills and how to apply those skills in exciting and challenging game situations. Prospective Student Athletes will have the opportunity to compete against other talented players from around the country and will hopefully create an ideal environment to showcase their talents.
Spaces are limited-sign up today!
