GRADES: 6th - 12th, Fall of 2025 TIME: 1:00pm - 2:30pm
COST: $750.00 per Camper
LIMITED TO 20 CAMPERS ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE |
Each session will include a weight room portion and a speed/agility/conditioning portion.

WMU STRENGTH STAFF EXPERIENCE
- Over 35 years of strength and conditioning experience
- Have worked with athletes that compete at the youth, collegiate, professional and international competition levels
- Combined to work with over 20 conference championship teams
- Worked with teams/athletes that have represented Team USA on the world stage
REFUND POLICY
All refunds are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. Refunds will be given if requested at least 3 days before camp date. If you cancel less than 3 days before camp date, refunds will be given only for medical reasons or a family emergency.
