Francis Howell High School Camps
2025 Track and Field Camp
Boys and girls ages (K-7th grade) are welcome to join the high school track athletes and staff for 4 days of track and field training and competition! We are excited to have you be a part of our camp.
The goal of our camp is to help grow a love for the sport of track and field. We want our young athletes to experience all the great events track has to offer. Kids will receive a t-shirt and have a competition to conclude the camp.

Our Varsity Track & Field Athletes will be team captains and help lead the campers through all the different drills and events they will learn about during camp. These amazing athletes love to give back and help grow a love for our sport.
What to Bring: Running shoes and water bottle
(f we have a heat issue we will go indoors to start and provide plenty of water breaks during camp.
