Session Information

Hitting Session | 9:30 AM - 11:15 AM
Instructional session for upper, lower, and whole-body mechanics

Defensive Session | 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Positional instruction for middles (SS / 2B), corners (3B / 1B), and Outfielders

Pitching & Catching Session | 1:45 PM - 3:15 PM
Instruction on mechanics for both positions
