Blocking and Defense Clinic
This clinic will cover all aspects of blocking including eye-sequencing, footwork, lining up with attackers, handwork, and transition to attack. The clinic will also help improve the skills of all defenders. Defenders will work on reading the attacker, movement patterns, defensive posture, digging balls to target, and safely executing emergency defensive moves.
