2025 Football Camps
High School Football Camp & Conditioning
Equipment will only be given out to those athletes that have already paid for camp & weights. Open to all 2025-26 9th - 12th grade students who are enrolled to attend Lee's Summit West Fall 2025. Lee's Summit West will provide helmet, shoulder pads and jersey. Student is responsible for shorts and shoes.

All 2025-26 high school campers must be enrolled to attend LSWHS for 2025-26. A sports physical is required for camp and submitted to the LSW Final Forms website
https://leessummit-mo.finalforms.com/. Sports physicals (doctor’s exams) are now good for a full two years from the date of the physical. All remaining documents included in Final Forms required by MSHSAA and LSR7 must be signed each school year.
