Event Registration Details

MAY 16TH & 17TH, 2025
COST: $240 ($225 + $15 Fee)  per Time Slot ADDRESS: 1001 South Martin Luther King Blvd, Waco, TX 76704

Check in will be located at the Texas Farm Bureau Ticket Office, located next to Gate C & Bruisers Locker Room.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so that we can get you checked in and taken down to the field. You will have 15 minutes on the field with the photographer, which will include both individual and group family photos (no more than 10 family members).

After your pictures are taken, the photographer will hand you a business card with a QR Code that will tell you how to access your photos.

Please make sure that you report on your designated day and time slot. We look forward to seeing you here at McLane Stadium.
