Shelton State Flag Football Tryouts

Event Registration Details
Saturday May 3rd, 2025
Who: Girls
Grades: High School Seniors and older
Check In: 8:45 AM - 9:00 AM
Tryout Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
(Call backs will be made from 11-12 for a scrimmage)
Cost: $34

What to Expect:

EVERYONE:
40 Yard Dash, 3 Cone Agility drill, Vertical
 
RECEIVERS:
Pass catching, Route Running
 
QUARTERBACKS:
Distance throw, Accuracy, Touch, Reads
 
RUSHERS:
Flag Grabbing, 1 on 1 tag
 
DEFENSIVE BACKS AND LINEBACKERS:
Man to Man Coverage, Zone Reads, Flag Grabbing
 
CENTERS:
Snap between the legs, motion snaps, sideways snaps
 
Call backs will scrimmage starting @ 11:00 am

Things to Bring:

  • Cleats
  • Water Bottles
  • Shorts with No Pockets
  • Jersey with Number (Light color for Defense, Dark color for Offense, Two way players should bring both Light and Dark Jerseys)
