Grades: 9th - 12th
Times:

Group 1: 9:00am – 10:30am
  Group 2: 10:30am – 12:00pm
Cost: $200
 Week 1: June 9th - 12th
   Week 2: June 16th - 19th
   Week 3: June 23rd - 26th
MSHSAA DEAD WEEK: June 30th – July 3rd
Week 4: July 7th - 10th
  Week 5: July 14th - 17th
 Week 6: July 21st - 24th
         Week 7: July 28th – July 31st

LOCATION:

Francis Howell High School Weight Room.

TRAINING STYLES:

Training each day will include:
  • 45 minutes of strength training with emphasis on athletic movement, power development, and injury resiliency.
  • 45 minutes of JAQS training (Jumping Agility Quickness & Speed) with focusses on max speed development, change of direction ability, and agility quickness.

COST:

$200 – Training costs less than a cup of coffee a day! This includes a Howell Athletic Performance camp shirt.
(Group or Personal training at a private facility could cost over $2,000 for the same number of days)

WHO IS THIS FOR:

All Francis Howell male athletes are welcome! We want as many athletes as possible to have access to quality training with college-level coaches.

CAMP STAFF:

Coach Blake Smith
Coach Smith has over a decade of coaching experience. He has been a strength and conditioning coach since 2016 and has coached team sports since 2013. He coached at Lindenwood University for 3 years, Christian High School for 3 years, and other private facilities for multiple years. He is an assistant coach for football and a track & field sprints/jumps coach.
