Francis Howell North High School Camps
Volleyball Skills Camp
The grade school camp will focus on knowledge and/or mastery of passing, setting, hitting, and serving. The daily routine will consist of introduction and practice of basic skills, games, and match play. Grades 4-8 campers are grouped by grade and/or skill level and receive individual instruction from the Francis Howell North coaches, and past/current players.
The high school camp will focus on skill instruction/refinement, team concepts, and match pay. This camp will provide detailed technical information and instruction in the areas of hitting, blocking, serving, setting, and defense as well as hundreds of reps in each skill. Campers will receive instruction in a large group as well as by specific positions.
