Event Description

HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP | AUGUST 1ST - 2ND

Take your gymnastics to the next level at the UW GymDawgs High Performance Camp! Designed for competitive athletes who are interested in collegiate gymnastics, this camp offers high-level instruction in an energetic and positive environment. Campers will work closely with the University of Washington Women’s Gymnastics coaching staff and student-athletes to refine technique, build advanced skills, and experience the GymDawg culture firsthand.

  • Open to ages 12 – 18

  • For athletes at Level 8–10 and Elite

  • Tailored for gymnasts interested in collegiate gymnastics and the GymDawg experience

  • Emphasizes recruiting exposure, advanced skill development, and high-performance training

  • Day camp: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Overnight accommodations and meals are not provided

Per NCAA rules, UW Sport Camps are open to any and all participants, ages 12–18.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our camp offers a wide range of instruction designed to support all gymnasts. Camp sessions will be structured to provide individualized coaching and ample opportunities for athletes to showcase their skills. Please bring any necessary training gear, including bar grips, Tiger Paws, braces, and athletic tape. To stay hydrated, we encourage all gymnasts to bring a personal water bottle. Water jugs will be available for refills throughout the day.

Breakdown of Events
DAY 1

  • 8:30am → Registration Begins

  • 9:00am → Welcome & Warm-Up
  • 9:30 - Noon → Events

  • 12:00pm → Lunch

  • 1:00 - 4:00pm → Events
  • 4:00pm → End of Camp Day

DAY 2

  • 9:00am → Warm-Up
  • 9:30 - noon → Events

  • 12:00pm → Lunch

  • 1:00 - 4:00pm → Events
  • 4:00pm → End of Camp Day

CAMP CHECK-IN
Registration will occur near the entrance of Alaska Airlines Arena. Additional information will be provided via email.

WAIVER FORM
Campers WILL NOT be able to participate without a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please read carefully and sign electronically during registration.

PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is available in E18 Parking lot. Metered parking is also available in the Graves Building Parking lot but is limited.

ACCOMMODATIONS
This is NOT an overnight camp. Campers traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations.

REFUND POLICY
We advise all campers to select the registration protection provided by Ryzer during the registration process. The small fee helps to cover any last-minute changes or injuries that may occur as we near the camp date. Ryzer provides an insurance policy that covers many registration fees. If you DO NOT select the registration protector during registration, you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund for any reason. We provide the registration protector as an option to help protect you from possible cancellation in the future.
