Cool Sunshine Youth Commuter Camp

Five full sessions of technique tailored for both the beginner and experienced wrestler. Both beginner and experienced wrestlers will be shown basic fundamental skills required to become a successful wrestler at any level. Beginning wrestlers will be given extra support with basic skills. Experienced wrestlers will learn advanced technique used by high caliber wrestlers.

Ages
Wrestlers 6 - 12 years old.

June 11th - 13th Tentative Schedule
9:00am - 11:00am → Morning Technique Session
11:00am - 1:00pm → Break/Lunch
1:00pm - 3:00pm → Afternoon Technique Session

*Friday June 13th will only include a morning session from 9:00am - 11:00am.

*All sessions will be held in Plachy Hall's upstairs gymnasium at Adams State University.

There will be limited live wrestling during sessions.
In between sessions, lunch will be provided.
The swimming pool will be open in between sessions as well. BRING TRUNKS AND TOWEL.
