Fran Ebert and Pat Ashby Legacy Golf Outing

Western Michigan women’s basketball and head coach Kate Achter are proud to announce the newly named Fran Ebert and Pat Ashby legacy golf outing. The outing will be held at Heritage Glen Golf Course in Paw Paw, MI on Sunday August 3rd , 2025.

“Fran and Pat dedicated their lives to helping young women achieve their dreams. They were well ahead of their time in terms of emphasizing women’s sports, especially basketball, said Achter. As we enter a new era of women’s basketball, we must not forget those who paved the way for our continued success. Fran and Pat truly defined what it meant to be a Bronco and I couldn’t be more proud to name our annual golf outing in their honor.”

The cost of the outing is $125 per golfer or $500 per foursome. Cost includes one round of golf with cart, welcome gift, lunch,

dinner and admission to the awards program. On-site registration, the driving range, and putting green open at 9:00 a.m. with the shotgun start set for 10 a.m.

There are several sponsorship opportunities available, with all proceeds going towards the Western Michigan women's basketball program.
