We will cover Backstroke from supine balance, to long axis rotation, to kicking, to full stroke, with starts, turns, and underwater harmonics.  The swimmer to coach ratio will be approximately 3 or 4:1. We will focus on efficiency (i.e., distance per stroke).  Swimmers will be videoed using camera phones, etc.  They will be able to compare their technique with videos of model swimmers.  Each swimmer will receive a written critique of the various aspects of their technique.
