Location: Yogi Berra Stadium on the Campus of Montclair State University
Montclair State Baseball team camps are built for high school baseball programs with aspiring college baseball players. Camp will take place at newly renovated Yogi Berra Stadium. Renovations to the stadium include new synthetic turf, padded walls/dugouts, and LED lights.
Team Camps will offer an individual showcase portion for all position players that includes 60-yard dash, defensive showcase, and throwing velocity. In addition to the showcase, each team will play 2 games. Along with Montclair State, there will be 4+ colleges in attendance.
Games will be showcase style with game times of ~1:45 minutes. Each inning will have batter limits to ensure that all players get equal opportunity to showcase their talents.
Each camp will include a Q/A with the coaches in attendance. This talk will provide valuable insight into the recruiting process along with an inside look into what each coach is looking for.
