IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- NO WALK-UP REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
- All Medical Waivers, concussion and health forms will be completed and signed electronically.

WHAT TO BRING
Softball Gear (glove, bat, catching gear, cleats, batting gloves), softball uniform, water bottle and snack to refuel.
Please bring tennis shoes, turf shoes or plastic cleats for batting cages and weight/turf room area.
Please wear a comfortable workout shirt and shorts for the morning portion of camp (need workout shoes and turfs/molded) (9-11:30am) and bring a softball uniform for the afternoon portion of camp (need cleats & all softball gear) (12:30-3:30pm).
SCHEDULE
- 8:30-9am - Check-in at Donald Seelye Athletic Center
- 9-10:15am - WMU Info Session & Facility Viewing (Parents Welcome): Academic & General Information
- 10:30-11:30am - Warm-up & Agility Training Session
- 11:30-12:30pm - Camp Break (on own - lunch not provided)
- 12:30-3pm - Live Softball Skills & Drills at Ebert Field
- 3-3:20pm - Collegiate Success Session at Ebert Field
- 3:20-3:30pm - Review / Q & A (Parents Welcome) at Ebert Field, Bleachers
- 3:30pm - Camp Concludes
- Post-camp - Explore Campus and Kalamazoo
DIRECTIONS
- From I-94: Exit at Oakland Drive (Exit #75) and go North. Go through the stoplight at Howard Street and continue one mile until coming to Oliver Street on your left. Turn left onto Oliver and follow the road until you see the softball field on your right. Turn into the softball lot 102.
- From US-131:Take the Stadium Drive East Exit. Follow signs for Western Michigan University Campus. Turn right on Oliver, which is one light past the light at Howard Street.
- From M-43 North of Kalamazoo: Turn left off M-43 (Gull Road) in Kalamazoo onto Riverview Drive. Go under the railroad overpass and bear right onto Michigan Avenue for 0.4 miles. It then becomes Kalamazoo Avenue. Continue until it becomes Stadium Drive. Pass Waldo Stadium on your left. Turn left at the light at Oliver. Turn left immediately into lot 102 at softball.
PARKING INFORMATION
There is a parking lot next to the field.
MERCHANDISE
WMU Softball apparel will be for sale at the camp, please bring cash or use a credit card.
MEALS
Please bring your own lunch, a meal will not be provided.
ACCOMMODATIONS
This is not an overnight camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.

REFUND POLICY
If a player is forced to pull out of the camp for COVID, or other medical reasons, a FULL refund (minus a 6% processing fee) will be granted to the player if notification is given by September 6th, 2025 with medical proof from a Physician. If players do not withdraw before August 6th, a $60 processing fee will be withheld from the refund.
