Take your stroke technique to the next level with the Grizzly Swimming Labs — a one-of-a-kind, data-driven swim analysis series designed for competitive swimmers ready to improve, adapt, and excel.
This year-long program includes four personalized analysis sessions between September and March, giving swimmers a rare opportunity to track progress and receive feedback from some of the most respected minds in the sport

What to Expect
Each swimmer attends a 30–60 minute individual session where our coaching staff collects stroke footage, sensor data, and performance metrics. Within two weeks, swimmers receive a full digital analysis package, allowing them to apply feedback in real time and build improvement across the year.
Each Session Includes
- Above & underwater video (multi-angle, slow-motion)
- Voice-over technical feedback from Coach Mitch and Coach Jonny
- eo SwimBETTER sensor analysis (force, path, and velocity – excludes breaststroke)
- P2H2 Lightning Box velocity testing for starts and push-offs
- Personalized drill plan and PDF performance report

- Monitor technique changes and velocity gains
- Receive updated drill plans and coaching insights
- Build a complete technical profile that grows with them
About the Coaches

- Leads the Golden Grizzlies with a strong reputation for technical coaching and athlete development

Jonny Simoes – Assistant Coach, Oakland University
- Current Ph.D. candidate in Exercise Science at OU
- Specializes in biomechanics and stroke efficiency
- Works closely with all levels of swimmers on technique and performance
Pricing Options
Single Stroke Focus: $350/session – $1,400 total
Dual Stroke Package: $450/session – $1,800 total
Complete Stroke Package: $500/session – $2,000 total
