Friday Knight Lights Skill Sessions

Rutgers University Baseball is offering Friday Knight Lights Skill Sessions. Evening workouts will provide a unique opportunity for players to train, develop and showcase in front of the Rutgers University Baseball Staff. Sessions will consist of small group instructional work, repetitions, and 1-on-1 interaction with the coaching staff. These sessions are open to all players graduation years 2018 - 2030, who are interested in improving their game.  Players will be grouped according to age when training.  All sessions will be capped to emphasize the quality of the camp and 1-on-1 instruction. Location: Fred Hill Indoor Baseball Training Complex/Bainton Field, 146 Hospital Rd., Piscataway, NJ 08854

Equipment: Players should wear proper baseball attire (baseball pants, shirt, belt and hat).  Players will need a glove, bat, helmet and molded cleats or turf shoes as Bainton Field & The Fred Hill Indoor Complex is a field turf playing surface.
