Event Description

NNU Baseball Winter Clinics

The clinics will consist of sessions in hitting, fielding, and base running/agility. Specific areas of focus on hitting will include swing and body mechanics, timing, adjustments, and vision. Mechanics, footwork, hands, throwing, catch & release, jumps and routes will be covered in the fielding session. The main focus in base running will be mechanics, reads, jumps, and angles.
