Frederick Flying Cows | Professional Basketball Tryout

This is your chance to become a PRO BASKETBALL PLAYER!

The Frederick Flying Cows are a professional basketball team that participates in The Basketball League, a showcase league that has helped developed countless players into the NBA, G-League and various overseas professional leagues. This tryout is your opportunity to be seen and evaluated by the professional coaching staff the Flying Cows, a standard of excellent in the league, with the goal of earning a contract or training camp invitation.

Players selected to play on the Frederick Flying Cows basketball team are PROFESSIONAL basketball players. Rostered players are paid and are required to be 100% dedicated to the team full time, during the season. The 2026 Team Tryout will be held on Sunday September 21st at the Woodsboro Bank Arena at Hood College from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET. Check-In begins at 11:30 AM with tryouts beginning promptly at 12:00 PM. Do not arrive prior to 11:30 AM or later than 11:50 AM.

Players are expected to treat this tryout as an interview. Please arrive on time, with the proper basketball attire and be ready to show your game! Jerseys will be provided - all other equipment, water, snacks, and health products must be provided by the player.

All hydration and health products that one may need to participate in athletic competition.
