Camp Features:
The number one goal of Minnesota State’s Track & Field Camps is to help young athletes develop an understanding of themselves as an athlete. Campers will leave with the knowledge of how they can improve their technique and performances in their respective events. We achieve this through the following:
- One-on-one technical instruction and advice from University certified coaches
- Participation in various drills to aid in skill development
- Technical video analysis
